We designed and developed an award-winning website for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Greater Triad.

BGC Triad is a regional youth development organization creating safe spaces, caring mentorship, and proven pathways for young people across High Point, Greensboro, and Winston-Salem.

The Challenge

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Greater Triad came to us at an inflection point. After decades of strong local work in High Point, the organization was scaling into a regional presence across the Triad, bringing Greensboro and Winston-Salem under one unified Club.

They needed to honor the national Boys & Girls Clubs brand while establishing a distinct local identity that reflected the character of the Greater Triad. Their messaging was inconsistent across stakeholders, their website was outdated and tied to the legacy High Point Clubs site, and their fundraising materials were not built for the scale of the regional vision they were trying to articulate to donors, families, and partners.

To grow into the organization they were becoming, they needed clarity, cohesion, and tools that could carry their story across three cities.

The Solution

We partnered with their team to deliver an integrated strategy and a connected set of brand, design, and digital tools. We worked closely with their leadership and marketing team throughout, structuring the engagement so that messaging informed design and design informed the website experience.

Core Messaging

A complete brand messaging framework developed in three collaborative phases, covering brand voice and personality, why statement, vision, mission, core values, problem and solution, program model, target audiences, brand positioning, calls to action, brand narrative, elevator pitch, and lexicon.

Visual Branding

A refined visual identity that bridges the national Boys & Girls Clubs system with the distinct character of the Greater Triad, including updated logo treatments designed for use across regional and press materials.

Graphic Design

A library of brand-aligned collateral, including a Case for Support, business cards, an Alumni Insert, and a fully designed Brand Messaging document for internal and partner use.

Website Design and Development

A new WordPress site at bgctriad.org built to serve the three-city region, with a mobile-friendly experience, optimized performance, donor pathways through Givebutter, and membership enrollment through VisionCPS.

The Outcome

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Greater Triad now has a unified brand system, a fundraising-ready case for support, and a website built to grow with the regional vision.

By aligning messaging, design, and digital presence into a single, connected engagement, we equipped the Club to scale its impact, deepen donor and partner relationships, and continue building Future Ready pathways for young people across the Triad.

A Regional Website Built for a Three-City Movement

We designed and developed a new website at bgctriad.org to reflect the unified regional Club and serve every audience the organization touches. For this website, we were selected as a 2026 winner in the 18th Web Excellence Awards.

The result is a digital home that reflects the scale of the Club's vision and gives every audience, from a parent in Winston-Salem to a corporate partner in Greensboro, a clear way to engage.

Their brand needed to live within the larger Boys & Girls Clubs of America system while standing on its own as a regional movement with a distinct voice. We built a messaging platform, design system, and digital presence that holds both truths at once.
