Our Founders

Between them, Bill and Todd have nearly 50 years of nonprofit leadership experience—and exactly one full head of hair.

They’ve led through budget crunches, brand crises, leadership transitions, and board meetings that definitely could’ve been emails.

They’ve founded organizations, built programs from scratch, raised millions, and helped hundreds of nonprofits move from confusion to clarity—especially in those in-between seasons when everything feels uncertain.

As co-founders of Liminal, they guide organizations through the critical transitions that shape their future. They bring empathy, curiosity, strategy, and a deep understanding of what it takes to grow a mission-driven organization in the real world.

Get to know them below—you’ll quickly see why so many organizations trust them to lead with clarity in moments that matter most.
